Promosi Pariwisata Bali Utara Berbasis Sastra Melalui Novel “Aku Cinta Lovina” dan “Rumah Di Seribu Ombak”

Tourism promotion can be actualized through brochures, advertising, films, literary works, and works of art by doing direct marketing or word mouth recommendations to promote local tourist attractions. Literary also describe attractions myths, folklore, travel books, novels, films. This study analyzed the North Bali tourism novels. The novels used as research objects are novel Aku Cinta Lovina Sunaryono Basuki Rumah di Seribu Ombak Erwin Arnada. is considered because it has a background story in Lovina, describing attraction Bali, interaction between people foreign tourists, cultural diversity, hospitality people, cross-country European Balinese girl. Meanwhile, entitled been adapted into film with same title. best-selling took location filming, most which place Bali. aimed examine literature-based medium for promoting contained opinions stakeholders related main theory this theory, supported host guest theory. relevant approach was qualitative. data analysis technique Content Analysis. Data were collected observation, interviews, documentation. concludes that story's content depicts natural attractions, beauty history, tradition, culture community.
